Kevin Jolley

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, DIT Aungier Street and the Law Society Blackhall Place, Kevin completed his traineeship with Holmes O’Malley Sexton solicitors in Limerick. Upon qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, he returned to general practice in Dublin with Blake Horrigan Solicitors, becoming Partner in 2013 before joining W & E Bradshaw in January 2019.


Kevin has an extensive litigation practice, to include, defamation, personal injury, and disputes relating to probate, employment and family law. He is a member of the Family Lawyers Association. His busy personal injury practice encompasses District, Circuit and Superior Court matters. Kevin has represented Plaintiffs in respect of employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accidents, and has acted for vulnerable citizens whose rights have been breached while in care/ childcare. He has extensive experience of Garda Compensation Claims.

While Kevin advises company and corporate clients, he has a particular interest in private client matters to include providing sensitive and expert advice in relation to Estate Planning, drafting of Wills, creation of Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Ward of Court applications and Administration of Estates. Kevin has a busy Conveyancing practice and advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of the purchase, sale and letting of property.


Kevin is a keen sportsman, and is a member of the Island Golf Club, Old Belvedere RFC and Kilmacud Crokes GAA club.

Eric H. W. Bradshaw

Our Founding Partner Eric H. W. Bradshaw graduated from Trinity College and qualified as a Solicitor in 1967, immediately going on to open his own General Practice business. He has since carried on this Practice, achieving the milestone of 50 years in business in 2017 and retired from practice in 2020.


Specialising in employment law and financial disputes,Eric has been involved in many high profile cases which are regularly quoted in legal proceedings. Early employment cases resulted in groundbreaking law. The case of Glover –v- B.L.N. Limited and Others introduced the concept of natural justice and fair procedures to Irish Law followed and upheld by the Courts in O’Byrne –v- Dunnes Stores Ltd, Atkinson –v- Kent Carthy & Co and many other notable decisions.
